Energy security

Energy security of the Raevskaya Logopark is ensured by industrial three-phase diesel generators operating in automatic mode.
Regular maintenance of the generator allows avoiding emergency situations related to the blackout of the warehouse complex for 6 years.

Temperature regime

Constant temperature conditions of the Raevskaya Logopark are provided by stationary chillers. This allows you to ensure the optimal humidity and temperature conditions for storing perishable food. A chiller is a refrigeration unit used for air conditioning in industrial premises. It is designed to maintain a temperature level that ensures a smooth production cycle. The Raevsky Logopark uses a chiller-fan coil system. It regulates the microclimate in several separate rooms at once.

Security system

Our own security service and a modern digital video surveillance system allow us to ensure the safety of goods transferred for safekeeping.
3 checkpoints provide convenient entry and exit to the complex and continuous control over the movement of vehicles and employees.

Fire extinguishing system

An automatic fire warning system and auto-extinguishing equipment help minimize damage from fire. At an early stage after receiving a signal from the sensor
emergency situation and in a timely manner transmits information about the fire to the 24-hour dispatcher's console.
Then the location of the fire is detected, the personnel and the duty post are notified about the fire. Then fire signals are given to adjacent engineering systems.
The countdown of the start of the extinguishing agent is switched on and after the expiry of the time allotted for the delay, the extinguishing compounds are released.

Warehouse management system

WMS-system is software for managing the processes of receiving, storing and shipping goods. It is an important factor in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse complex. WMS should be able to keep the current state of inventory balances with reference to storage locations. When you have thousands of pallets of storage and tens of thousands of commodity items in your warehouse, no one, even the most experienced employee, will make a selection of goods for shipment in a reasonable time. It is impossible to remember where which goods are stored. Employees of our logopark use a 1C-based WMS system that "knows where and what to look for." In a few seconds, she compiles a PIK list, which clearly indicates which rack and which cell the employee should approach and from which pallet and which product to choose. It is extremely difficult without the use of data collection terminals (TSD). In a modern WMS system, their presence is mandatory. TSD have constant communication with the server and register all operations for the receipt, shipment and movement of goods. They are specially designed for professional use, fall-proof and equipped with built-in barcode scanners. Scanning barcodes to confirm transactions eliminates human error.
